Do you offer free shipping?

We only offer local free shipping (in USA) for over $50.

How soon will I get my order?

Your order will be handled and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase, except weekends and USA holidays. A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated.

You will receive your order according to what you chose standard or fast shipping.

If you live in Houston Texas, you can pick up your order with no shipping cost from a local store that we can email its address to you. 

What should I do if I gave the incorrect shipping address?

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address as we are not responsible for the lost package due to the wrong shipping address.  Please email us at [email protected] immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 

What items are returnable? 

Items can be returned and refunded only if they were received defective. Request and ship the products back within 7 days from the date shipping confirmation is received in unused condition.

Are there any charges for return? 

The original shipping cost is non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your returned item is received, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about your refund request.
• The refund request will be processed within 7 working days after approval.
